Titania - NPC

Meet Lady Titania, halfling noblewoman, a vital NPC I've designed for my friend's campaign. She presides over the lakeside village of Gesso. The greatest mystery surrounding her is how a mere halfling got so far up the ranks in the king's court so quickly. Some say it was her...assets. Others say she happened to stumbled across a secret so terrible that it took a title, some land and utter financial security to shut her up. At any rate, she's enjoying the perks of high society, and is more than happy to share the wealth with her people, having come up from the dregs herself.

Yeah, I don't have much to say about how she looks. It's supposed to be ridiculous, but I think this borders on terrifying. I like her otter, though.
